WED 2/23 (3:15PM) — Got OAK now in probable chronological order. Not much has changed in SF and SJ. Still got to confirm scorekeepers and vet for overlaps. Doing good time though.

WED 2/23 (8:00AM) — Below is a core dump of the games for this Sun 2/27 based on the division roadmaps, some of which have been slightly modified (ask your captain or check the most recently updated articles by scrolling down from the homepage). Here’s the bottom line…

  • SF: The perfect storm of colliding timeframes and requests. You can see we have a lot of “bogeys” in red in the pref1/pref2 columns. It seems there are a ton of games that need to be scheduled midday. Unfortunately, there are only two gyms. You may therefore find yourself a bit outside your timeframe, but not too much. Alert me if there are any urgencies pertaining to this. Below is my best guess so far, but keep in mind it does not include any overlap avoidances of players on multiple teams. That comes later. And, luckily, our scorekeeping staff is fairly independent of the schedule, but knock on wood.

  • OAK: The block of games below is not listed in any order except by division. I am once again enlisting the help of Wylie to unravel the puzzle pieces here. There is high dependency on scorekeeping staff availability as well as those overlaps. Again, in case you haven’t been paying attention all season, Oakland is fraught with complications. It is therefore not in chronological order below, yet.
  • SJ: So far, so good, but with the exception of one game: BBOF vs In10City (captains have been emailed, and if there is no resolution then I will take that game off the schedule and add it to 3/6, which will create a doubleheader for both teams). The block of games listed below is in probable chronological order. However, it has not been vetted for overlaps, so we’ll see.
