If you need to make changes, just resubmit a new form with at least your First Name, Last Name, and whatever field that needs to be changed (you do not need to resubmit all of your data).
Returning teams should submit a new registration form each new season, since scheduling preferences and contact information can change season to season.

	Tipoff Timeframes A minimum of 6 selections must be made for us to schedule you in properly. Games start as early as 9am and as late as 9pm. We will default you to 10a-9p tipoffs if you do not change any of the selections to the right.	(Use Ctrl-click to make multiple selections)
	Preferred Start Date: Enter 1/8 or 1/15 or 1/22	NOTE: Free agent teams usually start on the later date.
	Bye Requests, or Any Other Comments or Preferences	Bye requests are only valid for teams that elect to start on 1/8. There are no byes for teams that start on 1/15 or 1/22.
